1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the সহীহ ইসলাম শিক্ষা Android application and this companion website (together, the "Service"), provided by Developer Nayim ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is an educational platform offering Islamic content in the Bengali language, including but not limited to authenticated Hadith collections, the Qur'an with translation, du'a and dhikr collections, and prayer-time information. The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content, except where content is already in the public domain (such as classical religious texts)
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this despite the restriction
  • Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the App

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms
  • Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Not use the Service to transmit any harmful code or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
  • Respect the religious and educational nature of the content shared through the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The App's software, design, graphics, logo, and original compilation of content are the property of Developer Nayim and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Qur'anic text, Hadith collections, and other classical religious sources referenced in the App are historical and religious texts; where translations or commentary are the original work of the App's compilers or third-party sources, those third parties retain their respective rights.

6. Religious Content & Accuracy

We take care to present Hadith, Qur'anic translations, and related Islamic content from recognized and widely accepted sources. However, the Service is provided for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified Islamic scholar. Please see our Disclaimer page for important information about the limits of the content provided.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (such as Google Play Services) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Developer Nayim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
