সহীহ ইসলাম শিক্ষা (the "App"), developed by Developer Nayim, is an independent educational resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially representing any specific mosque, madrasah, Islamic institution, or religious authority, unless explicitly stated otherwise within the App.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content in the App — including Hadith collections, Qur'anic text and translation, du'a, and related material — is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes. It is intended to help users learn about and engage with Islamic teachings in an accessible way, and is not intended as an authoritative religious ruling (fatwa) on any matter.

3. Content Accuracy & Sources

We make reasonable efforts to source Hadith and Qur'anic content from recognized and widely accepted collections and to indicate the authenticity grading (such as Sahih or Hasan) associated with each Hadith where available. Despite these efforts, we cannot guarantee that every piece of content is entirely free of error, omission, or translation nuance. If you notice something that appears incorrect, please let us know via our Contact page so we can review it.

4. Not a Substitute for Scholarly Guidance

The App is not a substitute for personalized guidance from a qualified Islamic scholar ('alim) or local imam. For questions involving specific personal circumstances, religious rulings, or matters of worship that require detailed jurisprudential judgment, we strongly encourage you to consult a qualified scholar in your community.

5. Translation Limitations

Translations of the Qur'an and Hadith from Arabic into Bengali (or any other language) can never fully capture every linguistic and contextual nuance of the original text. Where precision matters — for example, in matters of worship, jurisprudence, or theology — we encourage referring to the original Arabic text alongside a certified translation, or consulting a scholar for clarification.

6. Differences Across Schools of Thought

Muslims around the world follow a variety of schools of thought (madhahib) and scholarly traditions, which may reasonably differ on certain matters of jurisprudence. We aim to present content based on widely recognized and authentic sources without favoring any single school of thought. Where differences of opinion exist among scholars, users are encouraged to follow the guidance of scholars within their own tradition or community.

The App or this website may reference or link to third-party resources for further reading. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or content of any third-party resource.
